Casino Del Sol introduced the Outbound AI program to their clients in July of 2024. The initial campaign focused on increasing gift redemption for their weekly continuity/gifting program. The impact was so immediate that they needed to contact their gifting vendor to order more gifts for the following week’s promotion.
The financial impact over the first full month showed a lift not only on their gifting day (17% increase), but the repeated customer engagement worked as a general awareness campaign and drove incremental lift on non-promotional days as well (12% overall monthly increase). Over the following months, the average increase in promotional day trips for the targeted audience was over 21%, while the non-promotional day trips were up over 30% compared to prior year. Even comparing the first 10 weeks of the program to the 10 weeks leading up to it, the overall increase was also over 21%. The trip increases led to a 34% increase in revenue from the targeted audience, as well as a 26% increase in net profitability overall.
