OUR STORY
A·D·E·N was born out of the desire to make it easier for casinos to engage with their guests across multiple channels through the use of advanced technology. With the pace and breadth of emerging technology increasing exponentially, casino marketing strategists with over 50 years of combined experience sought to bring technologies together in one ecosystem to have the greatest impact on the industry.
By looking at the way modern consumers take in information and engage with businesses, A·D·E·N sought to develop a network of MarTech (Marketing Technologies) partners designed to create the broadest customer reach in the most efficient manner. By bringing MarTech partners together to develop a single-source solution that creates an end-to-end two-way engagement platform connecting companies to their customers.
A·D·E·N helps clients connect with their customers by planting the digital seed and nourishing that seed through one-to-one, two-way engagement, allowing clients to benefit from the strengthening of that relationship.

Michael has held management positions in everything from promotions/event management to player development management, database management, and Marketing Director roles across multiple properties. Once moving to the marketing and advertising side of the industry and connecting with Sandoval Creative, the team began to focus on the way customer engagement was shifting from traditional advertising strategies and techniques to more technology-based engagement methods. Working with Roman Sandoval to develop A·D·E·N was a natural progression and a partnership found out of the desire to help clients connect with their audience in a meaningful way.
